As of February 26, 2024, at 6:33 AM, a burn ban has been issued for our county until further notice. This decision has been made in response to current weather conditions and the need to mitigate the risk of wildfires.
During this burn ban:
Outdoor burning of any kind is prohibited.
This includes burning of leaves, brush, household trash, and other debris.
Campfires, bonfires, and outdoor cooking fires are also not permitted.
We kindly ask all residents to adhere to this burn ban for the safety of our community and our environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
