Spring County-Wide Clean Up Set for April 24–26 in White County

White County and the City of Searcy are teaming up once again for the Spring County-Wide Clean Up, offering residents a chance to dispose of bulky or hard-to-discard items free of charge. The event will take place at the White County Fair Grounds on Davis Drive in Searcy from April 24–26.

Clean-Up Schedule:
• Thursday & Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Accepted Items:
• White goods (such as appliances)
• Scrap metal
• Furniture
• Bagged trash (including roadside litter)
• All paints in dry form
• Lumber
• Metal
• Up to 10 tires off the rim (Proof of White County residency required)
Not Accepted:
• Concrete or masonry
• Brush, limbs, or vegetation
• Chemicals
• Batteries
• Electronics
• Liquid paints
• Tractor tires
Important Reminders:
• White County residents only — Be prepared to show your driver’s license.
• Illegal dumping after hours is prohibited and may result in a $1,000 fine.
This event is a great way for residents to safely and responsibly dispose of unwanted items and help keep White County clean.
